1. Copy of the show Cause notice received by the ROC under section 248 of the Companies Act for striking off the name of the company.
2. If the company has replied to the show cause notice within time period then copy of that reply allongwith proof of submission.
3. If the company has filed the Copy of balance sheets, statement of accounts, annual returns with the ROC after receiving notice, then copy of forms and challans.
4. Copy of last balance sheets, statement of accounts, annual returns, income tax returns available.
5. Copy of Income tax returns/vat returns/excise returns/service tas returns.
6. Copies of Import/export/custom clearance at the port etc.
7. Copy of ESI/PF Returns.
8. Proof of raw material purchased, machinery purchased etc.
9. Any other proof of operation or business or turnover.
10. Any Sale/purchase Bills, Service Bills.
11. Bank Statements of the company.
12. Copy of any sales Orders
13. Copy of any proceedings/Complaints/applications already pending with court or any other adjucating authority.
