1. To promote, establish, improve, develop, own and run projects for processing and preservation of agricultural produce, forest produce and products of horticulture, farming, fisheries, dairy, poultry, goatery, piggery, sericulture, textiles, for the availability or otherwise of goods and subsidiary foods in all their forms and variations with the aim to improve the livelihoods of those peasants, tribal, small farmers, and others who rely on related occupations.

2. To upkeep the environmental balance with the means of agriculture and beyond, maintaining cleanliness and introducing related modern water and energy saving approach.

3. To uplift the livelihood systems of rural area through educational , health support and creating employment opportunities and overall socio - economic Development by combining traditional and modern practices in agriculture and related activities..

4. To support poverty alleviation measues through promotion of Self Help Groups (SHGs), Community Based Organizations(CBOs), Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) and income generation activities.

5. To accept grants, loans, donations, assistance from government, apex development financial Institution, international development agencies/ organizations, multilateral organizations such as the United Nations bodies or such, bilateral organizations such as from the foreign governments, banks, financial institutions, public bodies, corporations, Non-Government Organizations, companies or persons or trusts and foundations, in the form of cash and non-cash for the purposes of achieving the objects of the Company and to manage efficient, effective and permissible fund flow and fund utilization in consonance with the objects stated herein.
